Customization

You can customize how email notifications (such as case acknowledgements and status updates) appear to your end-users. Instead of emails being sent from noreply@iimmpact.com, they can be sent on your behalf — using your brand name or domain.

Email Sender Options

We support three methods:

• IIMMPACT-Hosted Branded Email — We configure a customized email address hosted by IIMMPACT, such as yourcompanyname@iimmpact.com. IIMMPACT manages the sending infrastructure.

• Your SMTP Server — You provide IIMMPACT with SMTP credentials for your mail server. Notifications are sent directly through your server, using your own sender address.

• Webhook — IIMMPACT sends a webhook to your endpoint with the email data (recipient, subject, body). Your system handles sending the email entirely, giving you full control over branding and delivery.
